ผู้ที่เข้าใจสิ่งที่เป็นสาระ ว่าเป็นสาระ 
และสิ่งที่ไร้สาระ ว่าไร้สาระ 
มีความคิดเห็นชอบ  ย่อมประสบสิ่งที่เป็นสาระ
